    • Week 1: 1 tablet in the morning
    • Week 2: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening

    • Week 4 and onward: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening

    Swallow the tablets whole; do not cut, chew, or crush them. Do not take more than 4 tablets in a day. If you miss a dose, skip it and take your next dose at the regular time.
