Prepare the Inhaler for the First Time:
- Unscrew and lift off the cover.
- Hold the inhaler upright and turn the blue grip as far as it will go in one direction and then back in the opposite direction. You will hear a click.
- Repeat the above step once more. Your inhaler is now ready for use.
Taking a Dose:
- Unscrew and lift off the cover.
- Hold the inhaler upright and turn the blue grip in one direction and then back in the opposite direction until you hear a click. This loads the dose.
- Breathe out, away from the mouthpiece.
- Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and close your lips around it. Inhale deeply and forcefully through your mouth.
- Remove the inhaler from your mouth before exhaling.
- If your doctor has prescribed more than one dose, repeat the steps.
Dosage
For adults and children over 6 years old: Take one inhalation as needed. If you need more relief, wait 5 minutes and take a second inhalation. Do not take more than six inhalations in 24 hours.
