The Canadian version of the Respimat device is assembled and primed in the same way as its American counterpart. Once the medication is loaded, the inhaler remains effective for up to three months.

Here, we’ll demonstrate the process using a placebo Respimat.

To begin, insert the canister into the device as directed, pressing it firmly until it clicks into place. Next, twist the base to load the doses. Prime the inhaler by spraying it away from you until three full mists are released.

With that, your inhaler is ready to use!
