How to Order

Ordering is easy! Start saving on your medications, we’ll explain how:

Provide us your prescriptions using any of these options:

  • Upload Prescription button at the top left of the screen
  • Email a photo to support@drugsbycanada.com
  • Have your prescriber fax it to us directly at 1-888-350-0432
  • Have your prescriber call in your prescription at 1-888-349-5925, extension 1
  • Ask us to contact your local pharmacy to transfer your prescription.

Using the search for products bar or our Shop Now product catalog find your desired item(s).
Insulins, eye drops, inhalers, tablets, creams, etc… are all available for view in the directory. Select the medications you require with Add to Cart, and continue through the checkout process.

IMPORTANT: A valid prescription through a licensed prescriber in the United States is legally required when ordering medication from Canada. If a valid prescription is not on file at checkout, a friendly member of our team will contact you to request this.

You will be prompted to confirm the shipping address and payment details.
Once complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email on record containing prescription information, billing, and shipping information.

You are set!
Patients are only charged once the pharmacy team has approved the prescription(s). Finally, it’s off for shipping through Canada Post and the USPS to your home in the United States. Patients generally receive their medications in 5-10 business days, and are provided a tracking number the day it is shipped. 

Tip!

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 30 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If you find our email there, kindly add us to your safe list.

Did you know?

If your prescription paper clearly contains all the pertinent information required for an account, (name, birth date, contact information, prescriber, drug etc.) hit Upload Prescription and load your prescription image directly. 

Our team will contact you and gather any missing information to perform the account completion on your behalf. Similarly if your prescriber faxes us the prescription(s) with your contact information, our team will reach out to you and set up the account for you!

Refills

If your prescription has refills, simply log into your account online and proceed through the checkout process. Alternatively you may call us toll free at 1-888-349-5925 and speak to a staff member to request the refill, or email us at support@drugsbycanada.com and we will process the order for you.

NOTICE: If the refills on a patient’s file are not enough to satisfy a prescription reorder, a member out of our team will contact you to obtain a new prescription or fax your prescriber for refills.
