What is UBRELVY?

UBRELVY is a prescription medication used to treat migraine attacks in adults. Who Can Take UBRELVY?

  • Adults (18 years and older) who experience migraines, with or without aura.

Who Should NOT Take UBRELVY?

Do not take UBRELVY if you:

  • Are allergic to ubrogepant or any ingredients in the medication.

  • Are taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, or clarithromycin).


How to Take UBRELVY

  • Take one tablet (50 mg or 100 mg) by mouth as soon as you feel a migraine attack starting.

  • If needed, you may take a second dose at least 2 hours later.

  • Do not take more than 200 mg in a 24-hour period.

  • Can be taken with or without food.


Possible Side Effects

Common side effects include:

  • Nausea

  • Dry mouth

  • Sleepiness

Rare but serious reactions:

  • Allergic reactions, including rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing. If you experience these, stop taking UBRELVY and seek medical help immediately.
